My transcriptionist lived in New Orleans until August 28, 2005, the day before Hurricane Katrina hit. She and her boyfriend and their four cats evacuated with two cars full of valuables and art and ‘irreplaceables’. They rode out the storm in Tennessee in a pet friendly hotel.

I have been pondering on the questions and concerns that many clients ask me in my life skill coaching work. Spirit guided me toward sharing information about Foundations. At one point I created a diagram that depicting the different levels in relationships. By using the analogy of the foundation of a building or a house as a comparison to the spiritual aspect of relationships, we know that without a foundation the house has nothing to stand on. Without a Spiritual foundation a relationship has nothing to stand on. Without a Spiritual Foundation our lives have nothing to stand on.

What most people dont realize is that by complaining, blaming and being overly vocal without taking action, they give away their power to change the situation or themselves. By complaining we put ourselves in the victim role.
